Agreement to Terms

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, either party may elect to have the dispute resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, England, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
